Using MemeRemake

MemeRemake creates AI meme videos from photographs. You must be at least 18 and have rights to the uploaded photograph and permission from every person depicted. Do not depict people without their consent. AI results can vary; review the free watermarked first-frame still and the completed output before sharing.

Credits and delivery

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Credits do not expire and work across available templates. Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase; Duo and pet options can change the cost. Payment is processed by Waffo (Waffo Pancake). A paid video includes an eight-second 720p MP4, silent version, cover JPG and caption pack. Each completed paid video includes one free re-make within 24 hours. Technical failures automatically return reserved credits. See the refund policy for unused credits.

Personal and commercial use

As between you and MemeRemake, you own the videos you create. You may use generated videos personally and commercially if you own or have permission for the photo and every person in it. Keep the AI label and metadata. No deceptive, illegal, impersonating or nonconsensual use is allowed. You are responsible for rights to music added later and for compliance with the platform where you post. No exclusivity is promised; other users may receive similar outputs. No rights to third-party trademarks, music or likenesses are granted.

Availability and responsibility

We may suspend abusive accounts or reject content that violates these terms. The service and generated results are provided as available; no guaranteed likeness or social reach is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Photos and previews are retained 7 days and videos 30 days.

Photos, consent and safety

Adults only (18+). No minors or possible minors, celebrities or public figures. Upload one real photo of one consenting adult per upload; Duo uses two separate photos and requires confirmation that the second adult agreed. No nudity, swimwear, underwear, revealing clothing, violence or hate content. We reject unsafe inputs without charging video credits.

AI transparency and rights

All scenes are newly generated and labeled AI-generated. They are creative scenes, not recordings of actual events. Keep the AI label, corner mark and metadata when posting. No original songs are included. Add the trending sound in TikTok/Reels when you post, subject to the rights available on that platform.

Videos are generated with Veo 3.1, Google's AI video model, with ByteDance's Seedance 1.5 Pro as a backup model. MemeRemake is not affiliated with Google, ByteDance, TikTok or any meme creator.
