A few things you might be wondering
Is the preview free?
Yes. Review a free watermarked AI-generated first-frame still before using video credits.
How long is my video?
Every template creates an 8-second video at 720p. Tiptoeing offers 9:16 or 16:9; other templates are vertical 9:16.
Can I use a child photo?
No. We only make videos of adults (18+). Any photo that may contain a minor is rejected.
Can I use a celebrity photo?
No. We can't use photos of celebrities or public figures.
Do you use my photos to train AI?
We never use your photos to train AI models, and the AI services that process them state that they do not train on customer data. Photos are processed only to create your video and may be kept briefly by our processing partners for safety and abuse prevention.
Can I use my videos commercially?
Yes, if you own or have permission for the photo and every person in it, keep the AI label and metadata, and avoid deceptive, illegal or impersonating use. Rights are not exclusive.
Is the original song included?
No original song is included. Add the trending sound in TikTok/Reels when you post. We provide an original instrumental beat and a silent version.
How do duo templates work?
Choose Duo on Tiptoeing or Gangnam, upload two separate photos with one adult in each, and confirm the second person agreed. Duo costs 60 credits.
Can I upload a group photo?
No. Please use a photo with one person only. Duo templates take two separate photos.
What if my face is blurry?
We couldn't see the face clearly—try a front-facing, well-lit photo. Avoid sunglasses, masks and angles over 60 degrees.
Can I change the options?
Choose options before creating your preview. Start a new preview to change the scene or people.
How much does a video cost?
Standard solo templates use 40 credits, Duo 60, Runway 50, and lower-price templates 30. Enchantress pet mode costs 30. Packs start at $4.99 for 50 credits.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire and work across available templates.
Is there a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases.
Which pack is most popular?
Popular includes 120 credits for $9.99. Starter is 50 for $4.99, Creator 260 for $19.99, and Pro 560 for $39.99.
What if generation fails?
Something went wrong on our side. You haven't been charged. Failed generations automatically return reserved credits.
Can I re-make a video?
Each completed paid video includes one free re-make within 24 hours of delivery.
How long do you keep photos?
Uploaded photos and previews are kept for 7 days. Videos are kept for 30 days. Download files you want to retain.
What can I download?
A main MP4, silent MP4, cover JPG and caption pack with three captions and hashtags.
Can I share a private video?
Create a share link from My videos. Anyone with the link can view it, but the page is excluded from search indexing. You can delete the share link.
Who processes payment?
Payment is processed by Waffo. See the refund policy for unused credit rules.
Can I get a refund?
Failed generations automatically return credits. Request a refund for unused credits within 14 days under our refund policy.
Which photos work best?
Use a sharp real JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB with one consenting adult, visible face and even light. No revealing clothing.
Which AI video model do you use?
Videos are generated with Veo 3.1, Google's AI video model, with ByteDance's Seedance 1.5 Pro as a backup model. MemeRemake is not affiliated with Google, ByteDance, TikTok or any meme creator.
Do Halloween pages disappear?
No. From November 1, 2026 UTC they become evergreen witch, halo and fog templates at the same URLs. The Trio offer ends then.
Can I use my pet?
Only Enchantress and Fog Entrance support My pet. Upload one clear pet photo with no children present.
Is this a face swap?
No. All scenes are newly generated from your references, rather than swapping faces into original footage.
Do I need to label my post?
Yes. Keep the AI label on when you post, including the corner mark and metadata.
What if a job takes over 15 minutes?
Taking longer than usual—we'll let you know. You can return to My videos to check progress.
Are photos containing swimwear allowed?
No. This photo doesn't meet our content rules. Runway also requires modest, fully clothed inputs and outputs.
